We had an amazing experience with Tesor Interior Design Studio for our interiors . The team was extremely professional and worked round the clock the bring the vision to reality . They catered to the numerous customization requests and adapted well to the limitations posed by building guidelines . While there were few challenges around the timelines , the result was worth the wait. The after sales support was equally impressive and left little doubt in our mind that Tesor was the right choice . We had a great experience with Tesor Designs. We had some initial hiccups with some exits in designer and client relations, however things turned out to be great on completion. Everything went very smoothly. We had some really good inputs from designer Malvika- especially when we got stuck at the living room or bedrooms, which helped us finalize our design. We also appreciate the flexibility in customisation. We also had a fast track execution within two months as they said the execution on site was completed with some QC that was pending, thanks to site lead Shashi and PM Shashank’s due diligence. Please note the design stage can stretch based on your liking as well. You need to also have your inputs in place a bit to move things faster. We liked the professionalism in terms of managing the design stage. Even post the locking of our design, when we faced some challenges on site, Shashank and Shashi were able to help us identify an alternative and get things done on spot within the stipulated timeframe. We were also amazed by the QC work - the team ensured to match the final execution and the original quote that was shared, and identify any pending cleanup and alignment. Thank you Lakshana for coordinating and managing the customer relationship despite coming in a bit late into the tea, for patiently understanding and hearing out our needs well. Huge thank you to the entire team that we had - Malvika Shashi Shashank and Lakshana- for a great design experience. We already recommended to one of our friends and even received rave reviews on the finishing in most areas. We would definitely recommend Tesor to those looking for an interior designer!
