Of course there are hiccups along the way when working with so many different contractors/vendors/etc., but we so appreciated Bickimer's responsiveness and attentiveness to our needs. I read a lot of reviews from other builders, and I think something that really stands out with Bickimer is their financial transparency. There was never a time where we felt blindsided by something with them. They went through the contact page-by-page with us and specifically pointed out the clauses about material price increases, what happens if there is a natural disaster during building, etc. They were SO thorough and transparent when it came to matters relating to money which really set us up to have reasonable expectations. Our project manager, Nathan, was wonderful to work with. We have now passed our warranty period and Cory was wonderful as well. Honestly, everyone we interacted with from Bickimer was really great. Our home is beautiful and we are so so happy we chose to build with them. The experience makes me want to build again in the future and we wouldn't even consider building with anyone else.
