Graeme Finch (Grim's Reality)My bike is 20 years old. It needed some rework. I put it in for a service with Mark. It took a while to sort out, because parts for this particular vintage (Trek 4300 - 2004) are not readily available. It needed new forks, everything else is OEM. What I got back from Mark when he'd finished with the bike was not so much a well serviced bike, but a restoration. Apart from the dings I've put in the powder coat, and the sunlight fading at the top of the headset, you would at first glance think the bike just rolled off the production line. From the Stainless steel Cassette to SS-Cables and silicone grommets, everything that could be made seaside proof has been applied. So if you want your bike loved the way you love it, then Mark's your man. You don't get ripped off. You get sound advice, a professional job, and told what is and isn't worth spending your money on, and that is priceless.
