Jessica SHad such a wonderful experience with the emergency vet clinic this morning. My little Chihuahua experienced an allergic reaction out of no where early this morning, I did not have any benadryl on hand, jumped in the car and called the clinic, not only was the receptionist extremely nice, thorough, and compassionate but they got me in right away and got my dog comfortable within minutes. The whole team was absolutely wonderful. This was a very scary experience for me as I have never gone through something like this with either of my dogs. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for this whole team. Well done!!

Melissa HolmesI am horribly disappointed in the service I got by phone was just not what I would expect for an animal emergency clinic. I called bc my dog ate another pets antibiotics ready to give them the dose and her weight to find out if I should bring her in and was quickly given a 1800 number for poison control, when I asked can't you ask the vet she said you call this number. When I called it an automated voice said they would charge me I hung up and called another vet where they asked me info put me on hold asked a vet and told me my dog should be OK and what to look for Tell me why at a clinic for emergencies did I get put off to a 1800 number? Horrible. No compassion for the fact that I was scared and needing advice I myself worked as a vet assistant in a few clinics an would never had done this to a pet owner. Just horrible. Especially when another vet had no problem talking to me

My Sampson gave us a scare last night and thanks to this amazing team, he’s home and on the road to recovery! Could not be more grateful for the care he received, and the compassion they showed us. They certainly understand that our furry friends are our babies!
