Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from that employee towards a member of the public, who does he think he is? He has NO authority over anyone outside his place of work!

I would give a minus 100* if I could. The worst suplier I ever work with. There is something wrong with almost every single delivery. Costumer service e has no clue what they doing. They messed up my delivery 4 days in a row. That's impressive.I placed an order on Thursday for Monday. Friday I didn't get my standing order. Monday I didn't get neither my standing order or my additional order. Tuesday they sent me 2 items wednesday when my Monday delivery turned up it was still short even tho I spent the last 4 days with them on the phone On the top of that I been dbl charged for all this. Avoid to get suplied from them at any cost. An absolute joke. They fail to meet the basic expectation.

Only been here a handful of times but can pretty guarantee the exact same service. Useless. Arrived 40 minutes early told to wait on bay , doors closed. Haven’t got a problem with that. Still waiting and now an hour over my booking time and still not getting tipped. The fact that you’ve had a large delivery prior to my arrival is not my problem, it’s yours. My problem now, created by you is that I’m now running late and the next customer is likely not going to get their goods. Bidfood Bicester prior to this drop, arrived on time tipped 9 pallets and away all within 30 minutes. Maybe some cross training would be in order with them to see how they manage to be efficient but you are not not

Came here for a delivery and due to previous drop was early. Got told to wait in the truck. 2 hours later I asked how much longer it would be and the lady was quite rude and said we've been in a meeting that's why there's a delay but you'll just have to wait! This is not the first time this has happened to me here, it seems to be a point of principle that they will not unload until at least the booking time has passed regardless of whether they are busy or not. Be warned! UPDATE: Been some time since I've been here, the good news is the guy on goods in was at least polite. However, it still seems to be a point of principle not to start unloading until the booking in time has passed by at least 15 minutes. The really annoying thing is it's not even busy! 1 other truck here and no activity there either. Over an hour on the bay and unloading not even started! Dreadful!
