I was recommended to this law office by another attorney. It all started well, was asked to give a 3500 dollar up front payment and was told it should cover the start to finish process of the estate. After getting to the end, I knew the office assistant had done a lot of work so I mentioned I would be happy to pay a little extra for anything they might need to add. He sends me a bill triple the size of the retainer!! 7900 dollars he is asking for?! His itemized lists, he charges 35 dollars for email responses, even if the response was a single word! He charges ridiculous amounts for taking a phone call for a question. I would avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to be charged double or triple what you were quoted. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in attorneys, and I’ve dealt with many. Do NOT give them your business!

I had an excellent experience with Pam Yee on contract review and negotiation for a commercial real estate deal. I reached out to Pam at a time of desperate need -- it was Friday morning, and we had a contract that needed attorney review by Monday and we didn't have an attorney. Out of the many attorneys I contacted, Pam was the only one who listened and empathized, and she spent the weekend diligently reviewing, flagging and explaining parts of the contract that needed edits. Over the next few weeks, Pam was essential to our contract negotiation. She provided timely feedback on all documents sent her way, provided insight and advice from her experience with other commercial real-estate transactions, and at certain points directly negotiated with the opposing counsel on our behalf. I would have been lost without her. Pam is an excellent communicator, a hard worker, and somebody I trust to have my back in these dealings. I would hire Pam again for any future business dealings in Oregon.

Attorney Michael Schmidt and his office helped us with our parent with dementia. We were able to become her legal guardian and move her into a memory care home. Mr. Schmidt worked efficiently to guide and help us go through what could've been an extremely stressful situation. He has been the most responsive and responsible attorney, and we would definitely seek his services on other legal matters.
