The place is great. You are free to train your routine or get help from instructors. Plus many others there are very kind and helpful. The price is very reasonable and the environment is great. I've been working out there for well over a year now. Great gym to be at on a budget.

I have been here for the past 5 months. I really love the laid back ambience of the gym. All the people here are nice and welcoming. Shout out to the staff member Shajib vai. He is very helpful. As I am relocating next month, so I will really miss this place. Lots of good memories with my heavy lifts and the people around.
