We still haven't heard from them for one week. Even we were told that they supposed to come the following week. Than we received a call that they wanted to come today, which was impossible as we have also a schedule. So we scheduled an appointment and agreed that we pay cash. The cash was handed to the crew and we got a receipt. One day later, we received a call, and they asking how we would like to pay. We would say there is room to improve internal communication skills regarding scheduling and payments. We can see the 5 star rating coming
