Let me start by saying that if I could give this gym zero stars, I would. I've been a member here for three long, agonizing years, and I just renewed my membership *again* this month. The only reason I'm still trapped in this hellhole is because it's the only gym close to my apartment. Otherwise, I would've run screaming in the opposite direction a long time ago. The management here is an absolute joke. The owner? Forget about it. They're only interested in lining their pockets and couldn't care less about the actual members. Complaints? Ignored. Suggestions? Met with a blank stare. The air conditioning is constantly broken, so you're left sweating buckets while trying to work out. It's like a sauna in there, but without the relaxation. The equipment is old, poorly maintained, and often broken. Good luck finding a working treadmill during peak hours; it's a free-for-all. And don't even get me started on the overcrowding. It's a constant battle for space. You're practically rubbing shoulders with everyone, and there's rarely a place to sit down, let alone stretch. The atmosphere is depressing, with everyone looking as miserable as I feel. I see no one who is actually happy in this gym. It's a breeding ground for frustration and disappointment. Honestly, it's the worst gym experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Hey, Anton here. I came from Japan to travel in India a few weeks ago, did some workouts here while travelling in Mumbai, worst gym trainers, even worse is the gym management, only interested in making money, broken gym equipments, and the crowd is way too much, and on top of that the crowd is illiterate and extremely horrendous in behaviour. Trainers are only focusing on their personal paid clients and no one else, lying and not even willing to help even if something happens to the person who is not their client. They will deliberately ignore you and run after their paid personal training clients. The management team is only good while taking money and never after that. They will treat you like garbage. They are very good businessmen indeed, not so good of a human being I am afraid. Once they take your money, it's over. They won't even bother looking at you, let alone help you. Literally so many illiterate members in the gym causing ruckus and so much overcrowding that you cannot even use any equipment properly without being harassed or taunted by other fellow members. I have been around so many gyms but this one is just horrendous, not a value for money place and even life-threatening in some cases, like their leg press machine and matrix seated rowing machine which gave me some serious injuries. Another notable thing is that the trainers here are extremely seductive towards the female members probably to lure them in their traps and enjoy with them for free, like one-night stands and so forth. I think the place is not even worth a single star, but I had to give it in order to warn you guys/girls to stay safe out there. Proceed with caution guys/girls. Thank you.

First I want to talk about the review / comment from Anton Wright. The person claim he came from Japan, this is completely fake and misleading review seems some competitor in area. First, the name doesn't looks a Japanese name Second, why this guy has only two reviews till date that is also about Gym in Nagpada Third, if someone is coming from Japan, will go to the hotel gym why a loacal gym? Be careful from the fake and misleading reviews. I have joined the Gym in August 2025, going there in morning time. Gym is very good,clean and well managed. I dont see crowd in morning time. I would like to thanks to the gym management team, Zakira mam and special thanks to my personal trainer Noman Sir. Noman sir has good experience and techniques, very humble and ground to earth.
