**I STRONGLY SUGGEST that if this company is hired/contracted to remove items from your home, for you to BE THERE AND DOCUMENT EVERY THING they take. Make note of what they have and the condition, or better yet, go through your own stuff and you designate what you want them to take.** First off, I'm grateful we were not hurt, and stuff is just stuff.. it can be replaced...... I also would NOT write a poor review if I wasn't sure.. (Some of the better reviews may be their own employees or friends). There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would call on them or recommend them to anyone. The level of damage done to our items, and the fact you won't get back everything (UNDAMAGED ITEMS) did it for me. When you have a 3-piece cashmere pants set all on THE SAME hanger and they only return the cardigan (rough feeling nothing like cashmere anymore) and tell you the other pieces were damaged.... HOW? Now we did get back some electronics THEY broke in transit. We did demand them to return some electronics and art they said was damaged, but when we got them back they were still in good and working condition(?). We had a fire in our bedroom and they came and took away everything to clean in other parts of the house. They only returned WHAT THEY DIDN'T WANT FOR THEMSELVES. Keep in mind that the actual fire was in one room of the house, and nothing was salvageable in that room. Things that were in the same room/closet (in other rooms of house where there was no fire, just smoke), only the lower-end items were returned. They kept the high end items. Same with our electronics. When I demanded a 'non salvageable' item (lamb skin Chanel bag) be returned anyway, there was no damage. Another item I retrieved from the house and personally handed to one of their employees to get cleaned for me, they tried to keep by telling us through email that it was non-salvageable.. I demanded that item back as well, and it's still wearable, no damage other than the missing button it always had before the fire. Out of 3 closets, I got back about half. NONE of my St. John Knits, missing Movado and Cartier watches, and a ton of handbags and shoes. They also RUIN your items. How ever they are 'cleaning' your items (some still smell like smoke and some I know have only been pressed..not Cleaned) must be done all on the same setting. ALL of my silk items are ruined, ALL of my knits are ruined, ALL of my cashmeres feel weird, my leather items are hard and crunchy, everything came back dull, rough feeling, and shrunken. EVERY SHOE (the ones they didn’t want) came back hard, stiff, and brittle. This is how the employees end up with items they want....BY TAKING YOURS, and damaging the rest.

The insurance was so difficult it's been a nightmare and still is 7 weeks later. We have been let down and screwed over by everyone. Except Travis and his crew. They have absolutely been our saving grace. Thank you guys.-Dan and Lori and the Grand babies
