I mean they work in warehouse with these huge doors wide open NO HEAT an it can by in low 30s to upper 20s an you got them in that weather with NO overtime.. Truly your asking to be reported with a LAWSUIT ontop of that...Maybe the lady who's running the business should be down there with them freezing an gettin sick to since she seems to think that's a great work environment..
2 day shipping from Houston to Corpus Christi 7 days an part still in Austin. Called an on hold for 21 minutes then said not sure when I will receive package. There Corpus Christi drivers are great. It's a shame they work for such a messed up delivery company.
Hot shot service is good, but the freight service was terrible. Damaged our product and refused to waive the charges. Also their billing system sucks. We have an account with a card on file and every year they find things they didn't bill us for from months or even a year prior.
