The installation process was smooth from start to finish. Preston, the production scheduler, and Peyton, the project manager, communicated clearly, kept the job site clean, and ensured everything was completed the right way. Amy in the office was also incredibly helpful and kind whenever I had questions. My home received a full roof replacement using Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Class 3 shingles, along with upgraded ventilation, ice and water shield protection, new gutters, and a full system warranty. The entire process from inspection to completion took about two months, and the quality of the workmanship truly shows. What stood out most was the honesty, professionalism, clear communication, and how much Elliott Roofing genuinely cared about doing the job right. I never felt pressured and was supported and informed every step of the way.
