As a customer of my first standby generator they made me feel very comfortable with their know-how of all the different task they could handle with confidence and ease. The first cold snap of the season and our AC was blowing only cold air. I contacted Bigfoot and was pleasantly surprised a service tech was available on the holiday weekend. Mr. Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly resolve my AC issues and had our home toasty warm. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future. The Bigfoot intake call operator was pleasant, prompt, polite and informative. The appointment time was fast. I was notified of Tech's en route arrival time. Hunter was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed and explained to me the repair and cost involved. This is my second HVAC repair with Bigfoot (& Hunter).
