I can't fault their services. The customer service is great and efficient. Delivery has always been prompt and where there are any concerns (if at all), they are readily available to help, and never go mute on you. It's been years using their logistics company, and so far, so good.

I am currently having a very horrible experience with this service. Sent a package since 30th of July, it is yet to be delivered. They keep telling lies about the delivery date. Have some stuff that was needed for a wedding on 20th of August which obviously they didn't deliver. They have this silly thing of putting the name of the sender as also the name of the receiver. Who in the world of delivery services does that and interestingly the delivery person on the other end didn't get the memo so he refuses to deliver the package because the person receiving the package is obviously different from the name of the receiver on the invoice. Honestly using this service was the worst idea I had this year. They don't even have a compensation policy. They don't deserve even half a star. Horrible!!!

I have used the services for almost 2 years, considering they are shipping to Lagos and knowing how crazy cargo getting into Lagos is, they are doing a good job. Of course improvement can still be done in terms of customer service.
