» Customer Experiences:
I recently had the pleasure of getting a pedicure at this spa, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was so friendly and kind, greeting me with a warm smile and even giving me a tour of the facility. Jessica, my nail technician, was absolutely amazing!! She was incredibly thorough and took her time to ensure every detail was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing top-notch service. My toes have never looked better! I’ve had many pedicures in the past, but this was by far the best one I’ve ever had. Definitely book with Jessica and you won’t be disappointed.
The staff was super friendly, nail tech was incredibly kind, the space was very spa like and I was offered water twice. I almost fell asleep in the chair it was so quiet and relaxing. The only reason it was 4 stars and not 5 was because it was $77 for a basic pedicure. That’s a lot of money for a service you can get other places for $30-$40. What you are paying for is the private environment in this spa.
My teen daughter started coming here about 6 months ago at the recommendation of a friend. Brynn cut her hair beautifully, taking her time cutting and styling, and at an affordable price. Brynn was quiet and focused, but kind. I thought it would be nice for my daughter to have a blow out for homecoming this past weekend and the person who booked this for me on the phone highly recommended Kaylee. I dropped my daughter off and when I picked her up from the appt my daughter was not happy with her hair at all. Kaylee told her that her hair wasn’t suitable for a blow out (not sure why-she has long, thick, beautiful hair), so she dried and curled it instead. The curls were incredibly flat and honestly my daughter curls her hair more beautifully than that. Her part wasn’t even straight and my daughter said Kaylee wasn’t friendly. The price I paid at pick up was $15 more than the price I could’ve booked online, but I didn’t have time to fuss as she had to finish getting ready for the dance and add some curls. I really regret booking the blow out service here and particularly with Kaylee who was not friendly with my daughter. We will be back to see Brynn again for cuts, but I would never return for a styling session at Bijin.
