From the initial concept through to the final design, Matt collaborated closely with me to create a bespoke wedding band. Over the course of several iterations, we evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of every element, including materials, wearability, profiles, thicknesses, engravings and markings. Matt demonstrated exceptional patience and expertise, encouraging me to explore my own ideas while providing informed guidance that enabled me to make well considered decisions grounded in his professional knowledge. Producing the ring in house ensured absolute control over the design while also optimising costs. It was originally yellow gold and now it's white gold all buffed and Polished and sent back to me in an illuminated box. It looks absolutely beautiful! Like a brand new ring-- and it was so quick! Great and fast service. Got everything I was promised, the true meaning of good business. I inquired for an estimate to get my platinum wedding band polished. I also wanted to know how long I have to leave the ring with them. They told me it’s 100$ and it’ll be ready in 24hrs. When I got there the guy told me my ring was heavily damaged, which made sense since I used to not remove it when bouldering and it had deep scratches. He told me they usually charge extra for this kind of damage since it’s more work than only surface damage. Without hesitation he said they would obviously honor the price they gave me since they should’ve asked about the condition of the ring before I come. The ring was ready for pickup the next day, as shiny as it was when I first bought it. Thanks again!
