Both of them were very amenable and were knowledgeable in their craft. They both patiently answered all my questioned and explained everything I needed to know. I was extremely lucky to be able to find the exact watch that I was looking for. Guillaume sent me all the information I asked for and set it on hold for me. He and the one who processed the sale when I came to make the purchase. Andy adjusted the bracelet and explained the clip. He even offered to let me try on his Rolex - first time wearing one! Everything was very friendly and professional. I felt warmly welcomed by them and was very well served! 10 out of 10 for the whole experience! Would recommend! Oh - and the watch was nice, too!
