I called first thing one morning, receptionist was really nice and told me that someone would be there around 8:45. I called back then. Josh answered the phone, I told him I had my eye on a used car and he would go look and see if it was still available, he text me back promptly with the car I wanted and pictures. I live a couple hours away so I told him I’d be there in a couple of hours. When I got there he had the car waiting on me and he was waiting for me outside. Everyone made the car buying process really easy! Everyone was so good to me. I also had a little hiccup after I bought the car but they took care of it with no hesitation! I highly recommend if you need a car new or used this is the place you want to go to! I am very happy with my purchase, I love it! I purchased a used 2023 Toyota Highlander XSE

Service department going down hill. Had low tire fixed, came back overinflated and my chrome hub has a large chip and scratch on it. AC and brakes were also checked. This all took them 5 hours to complete. No communication. Came out with the paperwork and was told it was done. Had to pay $25.00 to have the tire repaired. Tires are a year old, still under warranty. Go figure. There attitude reflected bothersome on our part. Like we were in the way. It was a Friday. We arrived at 9:00 and finally left at around 3. This service department used to be one of the best!!! Not anymore... 9/25 Had the vehicle serviced today. 45,000 mile service. Oil and filter change. Cabin filter replacement. Wiper blades. Multipoint inspection. The service was completed within a reasonable time; however, there is a little stipulation with the tires according to the two reports I received. One report has the tire thread in the yellow. The typed report states that the tire thread depth was in the green. (Check Good). I looked at the tire thread and it seems fine, but it is still a concern on the person performing the service. The paperwork shows different. Are my tires in the yellow, or green??? Confusing. 🤷😕 I think they look good, but I am not a mechanic.
