He doesn’t overcharge for things like bubbler features and water chairs, which is nice compared to his competitors. He subcontracts out concrete, fences, and the other stuff like the cleaning and final pool maintenance education– – leaving it to the experts rather than trying to do it all in-house, which means he’s really good at what he does, which means the concrete work was top-notch as well from his subcontractor. He is flexible enough to take change orders in the middle of a job, Which enabled us to move the pool to a different location and add four or 5 feet of concrete in addition to the 2 feet that comes with the pool. Very friendly, honest, great w/communication, and we would go with him again when we win the lottery and have a need for a lazy river. The family is loving the pool!
