Dr. Tran and his team treated me so well that I almost forgot I was there for dental work and not a spa day. The communication from Dr. Tran was excellent—he explained everything clearly and made me feel totally at ease. If you have to let someone poke around your gums, it should definitely be this crew. I cannot say enough great things about Transcend Dental Implants and Periodontics and Dr. Trung Tran, DDS, MS. From the moment I first walked into the office, I immediately felt welcomed and cared for — something I hadn’t experienced at other periodontics offices. I want to give special recognition to Amanda, my dental hygienist. She is absolutely wonderful — so kind, sweet, and incredibly gentle. She always takes her time during my cleanings, making sure I am comfortable every step of the way. Unlike other offices I’ve been to, where I often felt like just another number and that their main concern was money rather than my well-being, Amanda truly treats me like a valued patient. Dr. Tran and his entire team have been nothing short of amazing during this process of getting my front tooth implant. The day of the extraction they made sure I was comfortable and talked through what they were doing the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. This was also the case with every appointment that followed. Not once did I not feel welcomed or uncomfortable. Dr. Tran isn't there to just take your money and get you out he makes sure everything is done correctly and wants everything perfect. I really am appreciative of that and I am super impressed with his work and his team. The young ladies that work with him are always welcoming and also make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit.
