We started our quest to replace our driveway on May 13 with a deposit to our original contractor; promised start date was June 9. No action until SEPTEMBER 29 when the existing driveway was removed and forms were placed for the new driveway. Then no response to multiple text messages for nearly two weeks. Finally, on Friday, October 10, I contacted Biondo Cement at 1:41 pm (the times are significant). That was followed by several conversations with Sherry (Biondo's office manager) discussing the project. At 2:18 pm, I sent pictures of the driveway area to Sherry showing the forms in place. At 4:30, John Biondo called me to provide a quote which I promptly accepted. Completion date was set for Tuesday, October 14. On that morning, the crew arrived shortly after 8:00 am to finish preparing the surface for the cement. The cement trucks arrived on schedule and the driveway was poured and beautifully finished. The next day, another crew took care of power washing the driveway, sidewalk, and even the street where the cement trucks were located. Bottom line: How do you beat fast service like this? No way! Excellent service, communication, and workmanship every step of the way. My rating: 10 stars! If I ever need cement work in the future, Biondo will be my first call.

We are beyond happy with the process from start to finish. The quoting process was easy, we went into the show room to discuss the process and pick out exactly what we wanted and left a deposit. The day of, the crew was early by 10 minutes, they were phenomenal, organized and worked so well together down to the supervisor making sure we had perfection. We had a wood deck removed and a 18x38’ aggregate patio with border and glow stones for my hubby :) and front porch steps replaced. We cannot recommend Biondo enough! Thank you for having the highest of standards to make our dreams come true!

I highly recommend using Biondo Cement for anything you need done. My new patio is beautiful! Initially I had been referred to another company & that fell through after they gave me a high estimate & wouldn't answer questions on what was included. Since I am new to the area I picked the top 3 companies online to get estimates for a stamped concrete patio. Biondo Cement was the ONLY company that answered their phone and made an appointment right away. I had to leave multiple messages for the other companies & only one responded. I was surprised that Biondo's estimate included more than the others and was less expensive. The expertise & professionalism of the estimator was helpful in planning the best patio for my condo. Every step of the way, someone was available to answer my questions. Sherry is amazing at the showroom! Sherry was proactive in reaching out to me to complete each step of the process. Biondo has a large showroom where you can actually see the colors & patterns in person. The crew that came out to do the work was professional and cleaned up after they worked. I cannot stress enough how easy Biondo made this process for me. Their work ethic is focused on providing quality craftsmanship & excellent customer service.

Return customer here. I had Biondo put in my patio in 2008 and it still looks great! Recently I hired them to put in driveway extensions and a sidewalk to connect to my existing patio in the back. Came out exactly as I had hoped! The crew was professional. The foreman Adrien explained everything before they began work. They were fast and cleaned up afterwards. Special shout out to Sherry in the office who was a pleasure to work with and answered all my many questions with patience and grace. I would recommend Biondo to anyone looking to have cement work done. 5 stars!
