The level of service from this company is outstanding. The owner truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure that there are no pest issues. He calls to check up and will not overcharge or try to rip you off. The hours are extremely flexible and they work around your schedule and your business needs to make sure that there are no more pest problems. We use Liberty to service 50+ stores across NYC. They've always been dependable and thorough, making the extra effort to ensure any pest issues are taken care of ASAP. If any pests do appear (unavoidable in New York), they generally send someone that night and have it resolved by the next day. Otherwise, we've had all our locations on a monthly maintenance schedule for nearly a decade now, which they reliably adhere to and provide service reports for. The owner is also hands on and willing to figure out tougher pest issues with you. Highly recommend.
