Our family started going to Birch Dental approximately three years ago. Dr. Jenn Nguyen is a very pleasant professional. She ensured our transition was smooth and well communicated. Our experience to date has been fantastic. We especially appreciate the office’s excellent communication via email, text and phone. Costs are always explained and every effort is made to keep them in check. Staff at the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Birch Dental.

This has been the best dental care I've received in Canada so far. I've visited several clinics in the past, and often felt that procedures were done more for profit than necessity. However, at Birch Clinic, they only perform what's truly needed. I came in with severe gum pain on very short notice, and they responded immediately to my emergency. Dr. Lam was exceptional—she quickly diagnosed that the pain was due to a dying nerve and performed an emergency root canal right away, which brought instant relief. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Lam and the entire Birch Clinic team for accommodating me at the last minute and addressing my issue with such care and professionalism. Always hated going to the dentist. My last few were far from friendly. Have some health issues that complicates my situation and makes me feel uncomfortable about my smile. Dr. Jenn is beyond Amazing!!!! She is super friendly and takes time to explain things. I feel she actually cares about her patients oral health and isn't just going through the motions. Office is modern and very clean. The screens on the ceiling are a nice touch. Keeps you occupied will getting work done. The office is always punctual and the reception staff are very welcoming. Dental offices seem to be a dime a dozen lately, but if you're looking for a new dentist I recommend Birch Dental!

I can’t say enough great things about Birch Dental. The office is clean and bright with all the modern amenities. Staff is very friendly and wait times are minimal. Dr. Jenn is the first dentist I have had that has taken the time to thoroughly explain my options and what I should or shouldn’t be doing. She has a gentle, calm demeanour that makes every appointment pleasant. I highly recommend Birch Dental.
