Absolutely the worst landscaping service our strata have ever hired. If you want a company who will repeatedly skip your lawn for absolutely no reason whatsoever, this is your crew. Our lawns are supposed to be cut weekly, it’s been 4 weeks since a mower has touched my lawn and it’s so long I could weave baskets out of it. Do not recommend.

The birchwood team did a major overhaul in our backyard (pavers, grading, drainage, garden edging, wooden window wells, fence repair and landscaping). They are professional, pay attention to details and do incredible work. The team was always on time, the site was left clean and everything was completed and finished better than planned. Even our neighbours were impressed with their work and work ethic. I would use them again and have already recommended them.
