Other firms are available in the Essex region In a General Form of Judgement by Deputy District Judge Kapoor, (case 465MC389) dated 15th October 2025, judgement was ordered in favour of the Claimant, Walter Mews Ltd against the Defendant, Kew Law LLP for damages, fees and interest. In his judgment statement, following the hearing at the County Court, Judge Kapoor stated that "...in both breach of contract and professional negligence the breach [of Kew Law] has been established [by Walter Mews]..." Kew Law's own Litigation Department in the form of Jennifer Hardy represented itself in its failed defence.
