It is a wholesale market in Al Fujairah Emirate. The location is very convenient and open. Same with Hilton Roundboard, all products are very good and high quality. But customer service and staff are not polite. It takes a time to understand the staff or maybe they are not professional. or language problem!?

Disappointing Customer Service at Fujairah Bismi Epecially the person sit at Customer service desk is not polite. Bismi’s reputation is getting poor due to poor staff behavior. The owner should take immediate action and assess customer service standards. It’s shocking how someone at the customer service counter lacks basic courtesy and service skills. Bismi hired them to provide good service, yet their rude attitude is damaging the company’s image. Most staff, primarily from India and Pakistan, display an unhelpful attitude, especially towards Asian customers. If you don’t speak Arabic, service is noticeably worse. The customer care counter is the worst—rude and dismissive, as if they own the company. Bismi must address this issue and make training session to thier employee.

Not accurate by the time of opening it written 6:30 Am but actually now almost 7 and still not opening yet They can change it to not misleading the customers otherwise greatshop with professional staff and services

Pathetic I would give them less than this Don’t buy any meat from them I brought Pakistani mutton from them and it’s so pathetic that after 1 .5 hour in pressure cooker the meat is not able to cook and is like rubber There is no label on meat and guy gives u saying it’s Pakistani meat Don’t trust them and owner should take notice as I am sure that it’s not pakistani meat and I had to throw away all meat away
