Sterling Chapman came out, evaluated my roof, identified missing shingles and hail damage. He was at my home when the insurance adjuster came out to make certain none of the damage on my roof was missed. Sterling walked me though the entire process. My homeowners insurance covered my new roof and I only paid my deductible. One week later I had a new 25 year roof. There was thorough and continued communication with me about the new roof and process. The Bison team executed replacing my old roof with a new architectural roof, bringing my home more up to date, and completed the roof in just 1 day. The clean up around my house was done very well.
