The personnel at BJs are always pleasant and professional. Holly is top notch and knows how to cut and style my short hair. When I travel I've had to go to alternate locations. I've often found that many stylists do not know how to cut short hair. When I get back in with Holly, I feel relieved. She does her magic and puts the bounce and shape back in and I walk out feeling beautiful. Holly is so pleasant and fun to interact with, truly authentic. Highly recommend.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I came in wanting to go a honey blonde, I was told this was possible in one session, mind you I expressed I was okay with multiple. A new stylist and a senior stylist both worked on my hair and often made comments on how good it looked (very misleading) at the end of my session I booked a ROOT touch up two weeks from now. Not second session, a root touch up. I got home and saw that there was a huge chunk of dark brown in the middle of my head. There were random pieces of dark brown throughout my hair as well. I went to see a new stylist and she was shocked as to how they even messed my hair up this bad. I spoke to a manager and they made it seem as if there was just a miscommunication on how many sessions I would need. Even if I needed more than one session there is no reason there should be a HUGE amount of dark brown hair still in my hair. This wasn’t a miscommunication it was bad work.

Everyone made me feel at home. During my phone call to book my appointment, Ava was attentive and listened to my questions. She also confirmed my next appointment and guided me through checkout with a smile. Received a great haircut and care from Angie and the same care from Allie for my pedicure. I was 100% pleased with the services received.
