I am brand new to Yoga and I am loving it. BK is a wonderful instructor. She is extremely personable and so so kind. She is everything you wish a Yoga instructor should be. From the moment I stepped into her studio, I felt so comfortable. It’s a completely, „non-judgy“ environment -everyone is made to feel welcome. I highly recommend BKYoga for beginners or pros.

This is an excellent yoga studio and BK is a fantastic teacher. I have a back injury that severely limited my range of motion, however after telling BK about the injury and coming to class consistently, she was able to get me to a place where I could golf again, something I had written off for years. I can’t recommend this place enough, and it’s a very kind and inviting atmosphere where anyone would feel welcome.
