We had a great experience with Black Forest Plumbing. After our Enercare water heater leaked and was deemed unfixable we decided to buy our own water heater. Mike came as scheduled to evaluate what we needed, and give us a quote. The heater install was scheduled for the next day. Saxon, Darren, and Keon were on time, very friendly, neat, tidy and efficient. Communication before, during and after service was clear and thorough. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Black Forest.

I had a small problem with my fire alarms and all I can say is that I truly appreciate Chris for coming over and fixing it for me. He immediately understood the issue and was upfront about costs for the service and what the solution would be. He was polite, offering to remove his shoes as he came into my home. Throughout the entire visit he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable with the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Black Forest again to have them help me. Thank you Black Forest!

Black Forest has been amazing every time we have used them (twice now). They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They assess what you need and give you the straight dope...no messing around... give you options, pros and cons, and pricing. Trust them! In this, Black Forest's Cameron was stunning. We had an under deck pipe issue and without hesitation came up with a great solution, which was simple and cost effective using some existing infrastructure and some of his own work. I am sure other non-BF plumbers would have gone for gold. When you need something done right, Black Forest is it.
