Gabe, Angel and their entire crew were absolutely amazing. They were timely, worked continuously until the job was completed at each stage of the process, communicated well, cleaned up after themselves and had a wonderful demeanor and excellent customer service. My asphalt looks better than I had ever imagined. My experience with Steve unfortunately left much to be desired after the initial bid. 5 stars for his crew though. Ask for Gabe.

Bought a house May 31st. Took a vacation day to set up an appointment (for 6/7) to get an estimate ($25k) to put in 2 cement pads and finish the rest of the driveway with aspalt. Guy was almost an hour late showing up, should've been my first red flag. I decided to move forward because I can't keep taking vacation days for these guys to come out to my house. I was supposed to get a call the next following week. Never received one, which I was still moving at the time so I gave them until after the 4th of July to reach out to see what was going on. I called and talked to their secretery with my information and to have the owner Steve call me. I did this about 3 to 4 occasions. She ended up giving me a direct number to Steve, which come to find out wasn't even the right number. Low and behold I FINALLY get a call from him and said I'm on the schedule for next week (which was about 3-4 weeks ago) and that he was super busy with another job, and they got rained out a few days which I replied with "Sounds like a good time to call your customers back then" I've had plumbers, electricians, septic tank, carpet, and propane guys all come out in a timely manner, and ON TIME. Save your hard earned money and go with someone else if you're looking at any driveway work to be done. Apparently they didn't want my $25,000 cash

It was an absolute pleasure hosting our guest from Blackjack Asphalt. From check-in to departure, they were courteous, professional, and respectful of both our staff and property. Communication was smooth, and they showed great appreciation for our accommodations and services throughout their stay. We truly value guests who bring such a positive attitude, and the Blackjack Asphalt team did exactly that. They left the room in excellent condition, making our job easy and enjoyable.
