I recently boarded my 2 pups at Black Label Kennels while I got to go have some fun. The kennels were clean, the staff accommodating, friendly and helpful. I had a couple of issues with the website, expenses incurred, but they were willing to help resolve quickly and they did. I’ve used Redmark in the past & will use Black Label going forward. They allow me to get away, leaving my pups behind, but with a peace of mind that they are safe and well taken care of. Priceless!!

Just picked up our Golden from Redmark’s obedience training and couldn’t be happier with the results. They turned our rowdy puppy into an enjoyable family dog whose learned to sit, heel, down, and stay in place despite distractions. When we picked her up we were given a thorough, private class on how to ensure the training continues at home and in public places. An E-collar, training treats, reading material, prong collar, and regular leash are sent home so you are set up for success. Thank you Redmark for helping make our Zoey a truly enjoyable family dog. Recommend!

We’ve had fairly good luck the last couple years we’ve been using Redmark, now black kennel or something but this last go around was our final straw. We spent over $2k with them last year for training of our new pup and I’ve been in the middle whether it was worth it or not. They train by treats which isn’t the best way, but it’s the fastest and cheapest so it’s easy money for them. If you don’t carry around treats for them, sometimes it’s useless. Tracer is mostly good about commands but definitely not $2k worth. Anyways, onto the boarding. We left all 3 of our dogs there last week which cost us little over $500 bucks. We had 2 dogs in 1 kennel, which has never been a problem with them here at home. Both dogs came home with horrible scratches, abrasions & cuts, several very deep. It’s to the point both are going to the vet to be looked at. The underside of Tracers neck is the worst. We were told on drop off (which is another issue I’ll go into next) that if they are their more then X days (I think he said 3) that they are taken out and exercised. This is in direct conflict with what’s been told in the past. They’ve always said that they exercise the dogs daily? So which is it? Daily or after 2-3 days, otherwise they are stuck in a kennel the entire time. We also came home with extra food, which isn’t acceptable. This means that 1 or more, don’t get fed properly. My wife had it all labeled and organized for each dog, every day so we should have not come home with ANY food at all. For the drop off, that happened on Monday, which was Memorial Day. We had this date locked in for over a month. The week before when we added tracer to the stay, they questioned the drop off stating that it was a holiday. Shouldn’t have mattered…we had it locked in, so that’s that. We were told to text the # we’ve been using (which we did) and that someone would meet us that morning at 9, when we got there. We waited for almost 10 minutes once we got there, to find someone. He stated that everyone was off but that he would take them and they would get checked in later. It’s very upsetting that we’ve been thru all this. Between feeling like we lost money on the training and now the issues with the stay (which isn’t the first time I just can’t recall the issues from the last one) and now we have to pay a vet to go over our dogs, this has been a horrible event! Our dogs nor our money will ever come back to this place. Very upset with how this has all played out.
