My family and I had a bit of an emergency situation that occurred on October 7, 2025. Long story short, our driver came through and helped us, above and beyond what I would expect the scope of his duties. A very kind man who helped us out in a situation that might have been comical if it didn’t happen to us. Thanks AK!

Dangerous cab company. Yesterday, this Y32B driver tried to cut into Rupert St. two blocks before Kingsway. He turns widely on right hand turn almost crashing into me twice when he couldn't make a decision to move only when I tried to accelerate straight. He also picked up a passenger right in front of me in the middle of Rupert St., not parked off to the side. I took the photo of his vehicle to get the license plate when it was a red light for us.

Absolutely awful experience. Took yellow cab from the airport to the Richmond auto mall. Which falls under the fixed rate of $25. Getting there the driver had no idea where he was going and proceeded to use google maps from his lap breaking everytime he looked down to check directions. On arrival tried to charge us $45 dollars after not turning on any of the cabs equipment. Then proceeded to be rude to us when we argued. He called into dispatch to ask and dispatch luckily told him $25. He then proceeded to curse us under his breath and speed off. Do not trust.
