All the other bad reviews for this company reflects exactly what I experienced, and I wish I had checked before I decided to carry forward with choosing this company. Owner Leroy and general manager Jeff were both extremely rude and passive aggressive. When the quote didn’t make sense to me, I asked the owner, he got defensive and told me to go somewhere else for cheaper and made it clear that no one else would do as good of a job as him. If I wasn’t on a time crunch for getting the job I needed done, I definitely would’ve gone with someone else. All they care about is money. Bad communication and customer service. Approximately $3000-4000 for a new hot water line nailed to the outside of my wall… never again. They’ll make unnecessary holes as shown in pictures. Didn’t even bother cutting short and capping off the pipes after they removed our hot water baseboards. Call Blackburn Bennett if this is the type of work you’re looking to get done! Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called march 3 to set up an appointment for today march 4th to have my mini boiler serviced. Appointment time was suppose to be between 12 and 4 no one ever showed up or called to rebook. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional if I could give them a 0 I would.

The service was prompt, professional and respectful. Installed a new line through my cabinets to my stove and everything turned out perfect and up to code.
