Absolutely brilliant! I will always give credit where credit is due, and compelled to give such to Bedford Wheels. Over the past few months alone, I've had cause to bring our cars to have various works done, and apart from the fair and customer oriented pricing for their work, the aspect that's left us all completely impressed is the customer service. So much so, that I suggested some of my family also take their cars to Bedford Wheels, after which, they too have stated that the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Well done to Phil, Oliver as well as the rest of the team, and not forgetting Jane whose bubbly voice goes towards having such a positive experience with this establishment. Had a couple of warning lights come up on my dash so called this garage from a recommendation. Very polite, patient and understanding on the phone. Booked in for next working day (I called on a Friday morning, booked in for first thing Monday.) Upon arrival, nice reception area and again very polite and friendly all round, left feeling very confident they would do their best to fix. Called me later that morning advising of the work needed following an initial inspection and diagnostic of which I agreed & was told the car would be ready for me to collect as soon as possible the next morning; would call me again to advise. Received a call the next day, mid morning as promised advising the car was ready to collect. I went down and collected, paid and drove home. Cannot recommend this garage enough! Invoice was very reasonable also, great value for money. All staff from the mechanic on the phone to the mechanic that I left the keys with to the lady that was on reception that took payment, just all polite, genuine & professional. Have found my new go to garage. Highly recommend.
