They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. Very friendly and never pushy. Also tell it like it is and have never tried to sell me services I don’t need. I give 5 stars on those items. I dropped to 4 because it seems they bill like a lawyer. Even a 15min phone call about a clarification gets billed. So I only call if I really need help. Because I incur a charge every time I dial their number.
