Angel and Jerome came through from Blair Construction as part of the roofing team to fix some holes in my roof where a bird and mice were getting in. They were prompt, respectful, efficient and filled/covered these gaps well. Highly recommend any fixes needing to be done, you call Blair Construction and recommend these guys! I also had Blair Construction team completely remodel my master bathroom into my perfect Mermaid bathroom. Turn a closet into a powder room on my first floor. They replaced my first floor brown carpet with new LVP. I had electrical fixes removing baseboard heaters and drywall repair for it all. As well as discovering my entire side wall was rotten to the studs and they fixed/replaced the whole exterior wall. Every single person hired by Blair does exceptional work. I've pretty much had them touch every part of my house and I'm extremely satisfied with the level of work that they do. Every employee takes pride in their craftsmanship and it shows. They guided me throughout the process and helped me make decisions along the way. I cannot recommend Blair Construction enough. 5 STARS!!!

New Roof, New Roof Top Deck, New View on Life I tried getting bids from several contractors most ghosted me, not Blair. Blair and team were very responsive and answered all my questions during contract negotiations. Their responsiveness, service, friendliness, quality of workmanship and attentions to detail was outstanding. We had a small issue but Blair did not shift blame they accepted it and worked diligently to solve the problem. The end result has exceeded my expectations and I expect many years of enjoyment from our new roof and deck. Carl, Randy, Marty, Jose, and the rest of the team take pride in their work and it is refreshing to see.

Blair construction was referred to us by our realtor... they came out to our newly purchased property in a timely manner to fix a leaking roof. Not only was the roof fixed, but the service man cleaned our gutters. I will be calling them for any future home needs. I highly recommend.
