Worst experience ever! Met with Jacob to discuss our needs as a new business. Quoted us a price for annual tax preparation. Process took Months! Never received a bill then bam hit with late payment and finance charges before the taxes were even complete. Then when they finally finished our taxes in September they had business owners name spelled incorrectly and added $1000.00 to the final bill stating Jacob had extra work to do because of all the paperwork involved in the new business and then tried to sell me more services. He knew exactly what everything was when we sat down for the first meeting. After responding to the final bill of my concerns I received no response. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. This list of issues is far greater than what I’ve listed here.

We received extremely poor service. We turned in our tax information in the middle of February. By the middle of March, I was calling every week to see if it was done. First the answer was, we need to do our corporate clients first. Then the answer was, you're second or third in line. I called on April 12 and they said it was being reviewed, but not to worry, they filed an extension for us. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they did get it done. And then we got the bill. They charged us 33% more than last year without letting us know the price was going up. I will never use them again.
