Customer experiences
Excellent museum to visit, very good & humorous tour guide - Robert - entertained and informed us for an hour in the heat of the afternoon - really brought the place to life. I paid the night before & the ticket allows unlimited further visits for 12 months. Loved the sound effects in the outside areas. Great ice cream 🍦 kiosk. A smartly presented and well thought out museum, recommended.
It is a must visit place if you are near or live in Milton Keynes. The place is rich with WW2 history and puzzle solving. I would say if you have a STEM background or pursuing one, you will love it. Does the name Alan Turing ring any bells for you? But even apart from technical novelties for that historical period, there is just so much too see. There are tons of interactive pieces and puzzle solving games. Definitely something to occupy yourself and your kids with. Finally, I advised to buy tickets in advance just to save a couple extra pounds for later. The cost of entry ticket is pricey but it lasts you a year and you just have to see what is inside. Aim to spend 4-6 hours inside easily but, in case you are in a hurry, there is a guide booklet which has a plan for less than 2 hours visit. Enjoy
What an utter surprise! Brilliant place to understand about its role during WW2. And the amazing people who served there including Turing. The exhibits are excellent and fascinating. There is so many positives to this true Btitish iconic sight. Highly recommended.
Fantastic place to visit, very interesting and informative. Our visit was on a hot day of 30°, lots of walking outside so be prepared with sun cream, water and hat etc. A lot of the huts were very warm too. The optional audio description was very useful. Cheaper to book in advance. We ate before we arrived at Mr T’s cafe which is local (see my recent review) and cheaper than eating on site. Friendly staff. Excellent day out and the ticket is valid for a year.
Bletchley Park is a tourist attraction.
