The technician, Eric, arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they would fix it. They treated the problem thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. I noticed a huge improvement almost immediately, and the results have lasted. It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, reliable, and truly cares about their customers, but this team delivered on all of that. Make sure you ask for Eric, he is the man!

Eric was super friendly to deal with; solid dude. Bliss Pest in general has been super communicative and good to deal with as well. The vole/gopher treatment was last week so the jury is still out on whether it killed all the pests yet or not.
