Amy is kind, personable, humorous, and casual in her method. I feel like I’m finally getting the help I’ve been looking for. She makes me feel seen and heard, and challenges me in the ways I need to think differently. Meeting with her is currently the highlight of my week. Amy creates a safe environment and I recommend her to anyone in search of a great counselor.

My therapist Jessica is by far the most amazing and funny therapist I know. She has helped me so much in my recovery and I feel like she is the only one who truly understands me! She always laughs at my dumb jokes, helps me think of new coping skills, teaches me new skills, and is just the most sweetest person I have ever met.
