Customer experiences
Cindy Li at Foundation Physiotherapy is a lifesaver! She expertly treated my serious knee issue and was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a cyclist, her personal experience was a game-changer—she got my needs instantly. I really valued her honesty and candour. She not only fixed the problem but gave me great habits for strength and mobility. Five stars!
I can’t say enough good things about Cindy Li! I came to her with chronic pain in my arthritic ankle (resulting from a serious ankle fracture) that had been holding me back for a couple of years. Running had become impossible, and I honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever get back to it. This wasn’t my first time in physio for my ankle, I had seen another therapist previously (at a different clinic) and was told that I had likely progressed as far as I could. It was disheartening, and I was starting to lose hope. Then I found Cindy. From our very first session, Cindy brought a fresh perspective, a deeper understanding of my condition. It was the first time since my injury that someone was genuinely positive about my ankle and gave me hope that it could actually improve. She helped me move past what I thought were my limits. Thanks to her expertise and support, I’ve made incredible progress and, for the first time in over a year, I’m back to running again. Cindy gave me the hope I needed not to give up on my ankle, and I’ll always be grateful for that. She is not only an exceptional physiotherapist but also someone who truly cares about her patients and their goals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.
I booked the physiotherapy initial assessment with Pak-Tok Kwok yesterday after being in extreme upper back and shoulder pain for almost 2-3 weeks and that’s by far one of the best decisions I’ve made. My pain was getting referred to my chest making it heavy to an extent that I couldn’t breathe properly. My work and daily activities were getting impacted due to pain and I was not able to sleep at all. With only 1 session with Pak, I’m feeling way better (~ 80% improvement in pain), he’s very professional, detailed, knowledgeable and descriptive of what he diagnosed, why is it happening, what I’ve to be careful about given my neck anatomy and exercises to do until I see him for follow up sessions. Place is very calm, welcoming and clean, the lady at the reception was very kind and gave me a heads up of what forms needed to be filled and confirming the appointment. Thankyou Pak-To Kwok and their staff. 😊
I’ve had multiple injuries over the years from gym training and long hours of sitting for work and study, and Jared has been there for me every step of the way. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Thanks to his guidance and personalized treatments, I’ve recovered and regained strength and mobility. I’m so grateful for his support over the years and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a physiotherapist who truly makes a difference. He is AMAZING! 🌟
