You wanna go where everyone knows your name! Friendly staff , very knowledgeable and under appreciated pharmacists . As a disabled person using a mobility device , it's always accessible with a ramp and an auto door button. My service dog is welcome without judgement and they really have a personalized caring approach for everyone . The drug benefit programs can be confusing and downright awful to navigate and these folks have gone to bat for me many times . I've sat there face full of tears and was offered comfort and understanding. Refills are easy and they always answer the phone. If I forget , they call me to remind me it's time. The team works together like a well oiled machine , coordinating with the other health care offerings onsite. No one wants to be sick, but when you are and have to interact with a pharmacy as much as I do, it's nice to feel like you matter. The OTC recommendations and education I received from the pharmacist have impacted my independence greatly. Thank you Bloordale pharmacy for all you do. Here's one for the small pharmacies of the city..... this is your new standard of practice 👏

I had to get some Benadryl for my dog's allergies as a stopgap (vet recommended one dose only). The pharmacist said if I wait till a generic shipment comes in early aft it would cost me nearly 75% less, a discount savings of more than half the cost of the name brand. He didn't have to do that. That was super sweet of him. These folks are the best.
