Unprofessional company and garbage products. My order arrived with missing items and others that I didn't order. When confronted, they insist that what I'm holding is what I ordered and just mislabeled and that my order is non-refundable. Mislabeled?! Are you familiar with the FDA? Doesn't work that way. Stay far away from this trash. ETA: Standing behind your product means TAKING IT BACK when people realize they've been tricked. And you have made NO good faith effort. I made the effort. YOU take 3 days to respond to an email. I was at your booth for 5 minutes. No one "worked diligently," I got hard sold some trash and it won't happen again. Edit 2: Posting a screenshot of Amazon's policy forbidding the sale of these products permanently. Amazon only makes this decision when they've found the owner(s) of the company are posting reviews or otherwise trying to manipulate the reviews they receive.
