This was my first big project with blue best for a new furnace and AC. The technicians Cache B, Nick, Britton, and Bryan were very polite and respectful. And did an amazing job. I most definitely will be recommending this company to everyone I know. I’ll also be a returning customer for additional work I will need done. You guys are amazing. This has been the Best experience I’ve had with a company in a long time.

After getting screwed over by two contractors, I was hesitant about who to trust, but Blue Best has helped restored my confidence and trust. From the start, Marty was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent, setting me up with the best price and ensuring I fully understood my options. Not only did he save me from a setup that would have voided my water heater warranty, but he also made the entire process stress-free with clear communication and honest advice. I did not feel pressured at all. I’m so grateful and only regret not finding them sooner! The installation itself was handled by Khai, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He did the entire job by himself, delivering high-quality work with precision and care. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness in how he piped and lined everything—not just for function but for aesthetics too. He didn’t cut corners or rush through it. Instead, he took his time testing everything to ensure it was working perfectly before he left. His attention to detail and commitment to quality made it clear that I wasn’t just another number—he truly cared about the work he was doing and my satisfaction with it. Beyond his technical skill, Khai was professional, punctual, and extremely respectful, treating my home with care and leaving everything spotless. It’s clear that he takes immense pride in his work, and I could tell he’s happy to be part of a company that values and takes care of its employees. The same goes for Marty, whose enthusiasm and knowledge were evident from the start. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely believes in the company he works for. I also want to mention Tami, who was so kind and pleasant in all of our communications. She made the process even easier with her warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, everyone at Blue Best was communicative, punctual, reliable, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. I have asthma and sleep apnea in addition to moderate to severe seasonal allergies (depending on the season.) My physician who treats my breathing issues recommended medical grade air filters and humidifiers in my 4000 sq ft home. After much research I decided to go with a system that attaches directly to my HVAC instead of putting both humidifiers and air purifiers in every room in my home. I received quotes from 3 different companies. BlueBest was literally the best price and had a no pressure sales demo. My sales rep was Marty, he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me to buy right away. BlueBest quoted superior equipment for significantly less money than the two other companies. So I received the SAME steamer and a HIGHER quality purifier for less money than what the other companies quoted me. The installers Allan and Bryan were on time, they were clean, they were polite and most importantly they really paid attention to detail while installing the system. They left my utility room in way better shape than when they found it. I wouldn’t have even noticed they were there if I hadn’t been home. They left my place cleaner than they found it and I’m a neat freak so, that’s tough to do. Semesi and Ben came the second day to install an additional duct I needed in order for the purifier to work optimally. They were also, polite, clean, professional, friendly and also obviously cared a great deal about the quality of their work. For these reasons I give BlueBest a 10 out of 10. They couldn’t have done a better job.

Installation went smoothly and we are now enjoying the benefits of a better heating and air conditioning system. Thank you, Blue Best! 4/2/25 Update: Riley and Ned just came by to install a new part that wasn’t doing something correctly. (I’m not technical.) They reached out to me when they were on their way to confirm the timing worked, then while here they were polite and efficient. Another great experience with blue best.
