I had reached out to Sean and Hillary and it was pretty much an SOS. We were finally ready to start looking for our first home and we had no idea where to start. My husband and I were referred to Kevin Ryan by my in-laws, as we were relocating to Sarnia from British Columbia for work. Kevin helped us find a home that suited our needs and took my in-laws to multiple properties as we searched for the right home. He was extremely patient and attentive, especially since we were not able to go to any of the viewings in person. He would call, send pictures or video footage of anything we asked to see. And was always available to answer any questions we had about any of the properties or the whole process in general. With a three hour time difference, Kevin never made it feel like we were keeping him late, even though I am sure we were doing just that many times because we would have chats in the evening BC time, which meant it was getting late for him. He helped us put together a solid offer on a home and helped us navigate the process with ease. He also helped talked us down when we were feeling worried about certain things, which happens when you are buying a property without having been there in person. My in-laws know what we like and how we live, so there was a lot of trust in them and Kevin as well throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the service we received from Kevin and look forward to working with him in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
