I’ve had consistently great experiences at South Coast Med Spa. The environment is clean, calm, and professional, and the level of care they provide is top-notch. The nurses are all highly trained and truly know what they’re doing—you can tell you’re in capable, experienced hands the moment you sit down. They take the time to walk you through each treatment, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure you’re completely comfortable. Sarah at the front desk is such a gem—she’s one of the reasons I genuinely look forward to every visit. She’s warm, welcoming, and always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. From the moment you walk in, she sets a tone of kindness and calm that really makes the whole experience feel special. She remembers the little things, greets everyone with such genuine warmth, and brings a personal touch that you don’t find everywhere. She truly makes the spa feel like a place you want to keep coming back to. I really trust this team, and I love that the results speak for themselves. I’m so glad I found a med spa where I feel both pampered and safe.

I had a great experience at South Coast Medical Spa in Los Angeles.. from coordinating with the office manager, Christina, as far as which laser was appropriate for my skin concerns (she was extremely helpful!!) to the valet parking situation, to the lovely ladies at the front desk who were so nice, and informative, to the amazing PA, Lauren, who performed the procedure, to the post procedure aftercare instructions. Everyone was so kind, informative, and professional. I felt comfortable and in good hands. I’ll be back for a 2nd laser soon . Thank you!! very pleased.

I’ve had great results from the pico sure laser. Only half of my sessions are completed and the results are already remarkable. I’ve also had laser hair removal done here almost 13 years ago with impressive results. I’m darker skinned and had very stubborn hyperpigmentation that I’ve been battling for years. The Pico laser that is used here is the only thing that’s been effective in removing my hyperpigmentation. Also, the ladies that work at here are amazing and they knew exactly what I needed to clear up my skin.

Sarah and Samantha were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions about the new UltraClear technology for acne scarring at the LA location. I had previously undergone my first scar removal session at the Newport Beach office using the ProFractional laser. When I arrived in LA, Sarah let me know that all office locations have since upgraded to the new UltraClear technology—a cold fiber fractionated laser—which reduces both patient downtime and discomfort. This upgrade was included at no additional cost. Both Sarah and Samantha were friendly and informative, clearly explaining the differences between the two laser technologies and what to expect in terms of recovery. Overall, a high-quality team providing top-notch service. Parking tip: Parking at the building is paid—$30 for all day or $3 per 15 minutes. However, you can get parking validated if you purchase something from the café on the first floor.
