Where do I begin. They came and looked at our water heater and recommended it be replaced as it was manufactured in “2014”. Cost estimation was approximately $3200. Not sure if they do background checks on workers, but not on the subject who arrived at our home who was recognized and known to law enforcement (I just retired). Though they were nice enough, we don’t need to know about your life story and what diseases you have, nor do we need to be scammed. Second opinion from a local plumber stated the water heater was actually manufactured in 2017 and cost for whole replacement was approximately $2200, but he stated he only recommended the expansion tank be replaced. Price quote from Rooter Hero $1200, cost from the second opinion $225. Do not recommend!

Stay away. Don't believe what they say. Seek a second and third opinion. They said we needed thousands of dollars of work when we didn't. Bunch of scam artists. They also did a simple install and it ended up leaking. We didn't want these guys to come back out cause they're such shotty plumbers. Seek plumbing elsewhere unless you want to empty your bank account..

I don’t recommend their service. I called them for identifying the internal leak in my home within the pipe running through dry wall. They came and charged $350 but no reports were provided. In spite of several follow ups, I didn’t get any report on exact spot of leakage. They sent a video which i didn’t make any sense to me. Instead of report, they sent me estimations repeatingly with adding unnecessary things quoting $9000-10,000 for a small work. Another plumber could fix it easily with very very less cost. Be careful!
