This real estate team is very professional and reliable. They guided me step by step, gave me honest advice, and helped me avoid many mistakes as a first-time buyer. I felt very confident throughout the process and ended up with a home that I truly love.

I had the worst experience with this realty company, please do not rent/buy with them. My experience was so bad the city got involved because I had to report them for neglecting our calls/emails for 3 months after reporting to them of multiple rats inside our apartment building. The roof caved in on the second floor of my building and after the fire dept came they said it was inhabitable. We had to get a mediator involved and had to cut our lease early because they gave us the option of either stay in the apartment as they did remodelations (fixing the numerous violations the city gave them that were beyond just rats) but that the bathroom & kitchen would not be available. Basically no running water! When 3 City of Boston departments came to inspect my apartment, they literally kept asking me if i toured this place before moving in because of how bad the conditions were (last lease fell through and had 2 weeks to find another place) and even laughed when Blue Ocean (Ian) was inside the apartment because they were giving him so many things that he would have to direct to Blue Ocean and wasn’t writing a single thing down! They’re also extremely unprofessional, they would barge into our apartment or give us a 5 minute notice. They don’t care and did the bare minimum to cover everything up, do NOT rent with these people ESPECIALLY if you’re a student!
