Blue River Pharmacy

I had a very disappointing experience with Blue River Pharmacy. I needed a compounded medication in gel form, but what I received was runny and completely unusable. When I requested a refund, the pharmacist was rude and dismissive. She insisted that my veterinarian (who is three hours behind us) call her directly, and even wanted me to make another trip back to the pharmacy after that conversation. I explained that I didn’t have time to keep going back and forth, especially since the error was on their end. I did eventually receive a refund, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability left me very frustrated. Accuracy and customer service are essential when it comes to medications, and unfortunately, this pharmacy failed on both.

They always have medicine that other pharmacies don't carry. I was out of important medicine that I needed. My original pharmacy had it on backorder and kept saying it was coming but it wasn't. The receptionist at my dr office told me Blue River has everything and they do!
